KH Jankowski Construction, is a family owned and operated company that looks forward to building homes and relationships with families who will be our Green Lake neighbors and lifetime friends. We aim to deliver craftsmanship that future generations, yours and ours, will view with pride! Quality is the bottom line, both in the homes we build and the relationships we foster with clients, colleagues and employees. Our unbeatable team longevity and dedication reflects the value we place on relationships, it also explains the reliable quality of our craftsmanship. Our crew consists of seasoned, full- time employees. They are not simply on the payroll as itinerant laborers, they have been hand selected and company certified. Many of our fine suppliers, specialty tradesmen and artisans have been with our team for years as well and share our same high standards for quality and performance. We believe our team longevity ensures the highest possible quality control, start to finish and beyond.
When it was time for Mike & Julie Jankowski to retire, they approached Kelly & Melissa Hilke to purchase the company. Kelly has been with Jankowski for 10 years and has over 30 years experience in the home building industry. A certified general contractor, Kelly does not "lead from the office”, he is a craftsman as well as a contractor and works in the field, over-seeing all projects, every day, and is always accessible by cell phone. The company focuses is our customers. No matter the size, each project gets the same attention to detail and creative energy.
Together we want your home building or remodeling experience to be the smoothest and worry free build. Kelly & Melissa have a son Kyle (Sydney) who currently live in Ripon where they have grown to enjoy the country life.
